Kit includes: 4 anatomical overlays and 8 pieces of word art (4 with no shadow and 4 with shadow). All in PNG file format. Drawings by Sarah Barber.

Divided | the Digi Dares
This challenge hosted by The Digi Dares and Amanda Taylor (TaylorMade Designs), turned out to be a gut-wrenching experience. As I laid out my life to see where my priorities lay, I was amazed at how much I deal with on a daily basis. And yes, sometimes I feel like I'm hanging by a thread, but somehow I find the strength to keep going, one day at a time. This page has also been added to my art journal, as it's an apt view of my life and how I live it daily. Thank you for looking.

ATC Mixed Bag v.4 | NOW Available!
ATC Mixed Bag v.4
designed by Sarah Barber©
designed by Sarah Barber©
Artist Trading Cards (or ATCs) are miniature works of art about the same size as modern baseball cards, or 2 ½ X 3 ½ inches (6cm X 9cm), small enough to fit inside standard card-collector pockets, sleeves or sheets. The ATC movement developed out of the mail art movement and has its origins in Switzerland. Cards are produced in various media, including dry media (pencils, pens, markers, etc), wet media (watercolor, acrylic paints, etc), paper media (in the form of collage, papercuts, found objects, etc). The cards are usually traded or exchanged rather than sold.
Included in this bag are 7 backgrounds (@ 2.5x3.5") and 12 elements. Be inspired and create with abandon. There are NO RULES with creating with ATC's. Inspire yourself!
Join us every other week on my Creative Team's blog for an ATC challenge, a coupon on this kit, and a chance for a $2 gift coupon! You can find my CT's blog here: http://sbdcreativeteam.blogspot.com/

These human needs "are an expression of tendencies to fully develop your personal potentials."
-Coon & Mitterer from Psychology: A Journey
Inspired by my psychology class, I wanted to share some of what I've learned about our brains and what drives us to do what we do.
Included in this kit are 14 word art pieces and 4 stamps of an anatomical nature. Dig deep, what do you need? What drives you? How are your needs met?

Going Back in Time
There's a challenge over at Digiridoo this month that wants us to find a really old LO, and make it new. Well, I've seen these types of challenges before, but for some reason, I was finally able to get over myself and actually post my first ever digital LO. LOL! To say I've come far is an understatement. I don't know how long you all have been digital scrapbooking, but this really brought me back. Does anyone remember Scrapbook Answers Magazine? I loved it! That magazine is what got me started with digital. It came with disks full of fun stuff like tutorials, fonts, and kits! So I dug out all my old back-up CDs and found my pictures from 2006. In the fall of 2006 is when I first started to dabble with Photoshop Elements. I had no idea how to do a drop shadow, but apparently I could extract (horribly), and alter the color on my photos. So here it is, my original and my new improved LO, using the same kit! (Don't laugh!)
