Australia Day Blog Train for Digiridoo Scraps

2011 Art Journal Caravan

I finally came up with the money to join the 2011 Art Journal Caravan.  I have been needing inspiration lately and this I know, will definitely help.  Here's a page I made right after signing up with the kit that comes with it.

I've just recently started a new diet, which is killing me.  LOL!  Today I was having a hard time with willpower.  I've been depressed and just didn't want to get out of bed.  Well, I've made it through this long day.  Tomorrow is a new day.

A Great Start...

I'm off to a great start this year, with lots of pent up emotions that need to come out in my art journal.  I haven't had time in months for this.  It's so freeing.  I just finished another page, this one inspired by Tangie's Altered Artsperations Challenge from this week.  (I've also got 2 paintings that are almost complete).  I'm definitely in major mojo mode.

2011 One Little Word

My first art journal challenge of 2011 at Digiridoo is to choose your one word for 2011.  Not knowing my own word, I perused some of the layouts being submitted and was inspired immediately.  These ladies have really stepped it up this month.  Here are a couple done by my CT:
